About the role

Joining an experienced and fun team, your primary objective is to work alongside Advisers to deliver high-quality strategic advice. This role is designed for a Paraplanner who wants to "think like an adviser," with the opportunity to join client meetings on a regular basis.

Crucially, you will be supported by a dedicated Client Services team who manage the administrative burden and paperwork follow-ups. This structure allows you to focus purely on technical strategy, complex modelling, and client relationships.

Skills and experience

Paraplanners with 2+ years of experience and proficiency in Xplan are encouraged to apply. Your skills and experience in the following areas will aid in your success:

• Superannuation, retirement planning, and complex projections

• Construction of SOAs and ROAs for a broad range of portfolios

• Understanding asset allocations and investment strategies

• Direct client communication (phone and email)

To be successful, you will possess a high level of technical competency and the confidence to engage directly with clients. While industry qualifications are valued, demonstrated experience and the ability to build trust are the priorities.
